I was born in Edinburg on January 17, 1972.  My parents are Agustin and Mireya Lozano.  I have one sister who happens to be my twin (yes, we share the same birthday, no, we don't look alike, we normally don't feel each other's pain unless Laura is in labor and thank goodness we don't have to dress alike anymore!). I went to elementary school at Sam Houston and went to both North and South Middle Schools and finally graduating from Edinburg High School in 1990.  I then began the hardest part of school, attending the University of Texas Pan American from 1991-1995.  I graduated in December 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts in English.  I began teaching in 1996, first in La Joya and then Edinburg.  I taught in Edinburg for seven years until Krisann and Stephanie (yes, those are my twin daughters) graduated from Economedes High School in May 2006.  Usually you hear of your kids flying the coupe to go to college, but I decided it was my turn to fly the coupe. I made my way to the Dallas area where I am teaching 8th grade Language Arts at Ted Polk Middle School in Carrollton.  Never did I imagine how much my life would change by making this move up here, but Eric and I found each other again and even though it took a little while to pick up where we left off in high school, we eventually did.  I am very happy to have found Eric again, especially because he shares the same passion that I do, baseball.  The only bad thing is that he cheers for the wrong team, the Yuckies! (Yankees for those of you who are baseball illiterate.)
